PCA is a robust compact double acting seal assembly designed specifically for one piece pistons.It uses a nitrile sealing element which has proven itself in service to be extremely wear resistant and capable of working most effectively in a wide variety of medium duty applications.

The Spareage Style PCC is a robust heavy duty double acting piston seal commonly used for the most demanding high pressure application.It comprises of a T-Shaped elastomer (NBR) which provides the initial energizing for effective sealing at low and high pressure. The elastomer preloads a PTFE ring against the tube wall and the polyamide back-up ring provides resistance to extrusion to the NBR sealing element.

PTA is a double acting piston seal sutiable for light to medium duty hydraulic cylinders & suitable for cylinders with small groove diamensions thus enabling a compact piston.The PTA seal can be easily mounted on a single piece piston and is also suitable for two piece piston application.

The Spareage style PUB seal is a general purpose seal & has good overall performance. It is a seal suited for split piston but can also be used with a single piston, if made in NBR. The PUB seal is available in 2 materials i.e NBR and polyurethane. Due to its typical piston sealing design and having a shorter external lip it allows pressure to act into the groove ensuring maximum lip contact with the bore, in pressurized conditions. Due to excellent wear resistant properties of polyurethane the life expected is 3 time that of NBR.

The Spareage style PVA seal is robust seal. Though it is suitable for split piston it is extremely suitable for medium duty to heavy duty application . The PVA seal accepts low & high pressure, vigorous conditions & also any kind of misalignment between the sealing gaps. The seal is a combination of a bottom seal, centre ring profile & distributing pressure equally. Besides, PVB (1+2+1) is available with 1 extra centre Ring to adjust the Groove Height.

The Spareage style SUA seal is a general purpose seal & has good overall performance. It is a seal suited for split piston but can also be used with a single piston. The SUA seal is available in 2 varieties of materials i:e NBR and Polyurethane.

The Spareage style SUJ seal is a combination of U-cup with O-Ring inserted in between to energized the lip. It is a conventional lip type seal to produce a unique sealing in vaccum & high and low pressure application. The S7P17 style seal is available in 2 varieties of materials i.e NBR and polyurethane. Due to excellent wear resistance properties of polyurethane the life expected is 3 times that of NBR.
